The Herefordshire Conservative Business Forum (CBF) met for its monthly breakfast at The Harewood End on 2nd February 2023. After enjoying a delicious breakfast the Forum was delighted to welcome Sandy Damm who is the Group CEO of Bull Products.

French-German by blood and born in Strasbourg, Sandy Damm could easily be described as a ‘global citizen.’ His 25+ years of professional activity have taken him all around the globe, during which time he has lived in France, Germany, Switzerland, USA and United Arabic Emirates. Since 2014, he has been based in the United Kingdom, where he ran Sontay Ltd., a privately invested, leading manufacturer of sensors for the building controls industry. After having multiplied the share value by 3.5, he successfully exited in November 2020, leaving behind him a well performing team on a solid financial, market and product basis.

Whether as Managing Director, CEO or Divisional Managing Director, Sandy has held P&L responsibilities ranging from £5m to £90m revenue on behalf of privately invested, family owned and multinational firms. Driven by results and achievements, he has built and managed teams in Europe, Middle East, North America and Asia-Pacific. He has been involved in turnarounds as well as mergers & acquisitions on both the buying and the selling side.

In mid-2022, Sandy took over as Group CEO at Bull Products / Cygnus Systems group based in Rotherwas where he has built and deploys a 5-year ambitious growth plan. Sandy graduated from Harvard Business School’s GMP (General Management Program) in 2020, and has held an Executive MBA from EMLyon since 2005.

He also holds various certifications in geopolitics and financial valuation.
